Shipping Policy

Shipping

• I charge a flate rate shipping of $6.00
• if you purchase a Zi Piece I charge a flate rate of $10.00 - I will ship this in a box to protect the integrity of the piece
• Orders are packaged on Monday's and dropped off at the local Post Office or UPS

USPS Shipping

• once I ship your package to you it is in the hands of USPS or UPS which we have no control over.
• If you have a package that is taking longer than 4 days to arrive please email sweetheartshimmer@gmail.com and title PACKAGE LOCATE regarding your order and I will send you your tracking number if you do not know yours - you then are responsible for contacting UPS or your local post office and/or going to usps.com and using their services regarding your package.
• if a package is lost in the mail you must file a claim with USPS/UPS in regards to your package being lost. I will not be liable for a refund if the postal service or UPS loses your package.
