Return Policy

Returns/Damaged Jewelry

  • All Purchases are final, items cannot be returned once purchased
  • If you receive broken or damaged Jewelry due to Manufacturer defect, you have 48 hours to send an email to sweetheartshimmer@gmail.com with a picture of the Jewelry where it is broken and the date your received the package. The date of the email must be dated within 48 hours of delivery date. I will replace the piece if I am able and if not, I will issue a refund and/or apply a credit.
